What is included in the $165 per week?
All meals (including snacks and lunches) are included with the exception of lunches on field trip days. Parents and guardians will receive a calendar at the beginning of summer camp with those date. Additionally, we will send reminders via Brightwheel prior to the field trip. Additionally, all activities and field trips are included in the weekly fee. The only exception to this is our trip to Holiday World.

How do I know if I qualify for a scholarship?
We follow the same guidelines as the State of Indiana CCDF funding. To receive a scholarship, a family must be under the 133% + 5% of income to qualify. To see more about these guidelines, clink the link. Please note that we do not accept RVR or CCFD vouchers.

What can I provide for lunch on field trip days?
You are welcome to pack whatever you would like with exception of any sort of nut or nut butter (peanut, almond, etc.) Please note that we pack large coolers and try our best to keep items chilled, but we can not guarantee that they will remain chilled before lunch. Please pack accordingly?

Are all field trips included in the price of summer camp?
Yes, all trips and activities are included with the exception of Holiday World. More details about the Holiday World trip will be provided as we get closer to the summer.

Can I sign up for just one (or a few) week(s) of camp?
Unfortunately, due to staffing and planning when you register, you are signing up for the full 8-weeks of camp.

Can parents join on field trip days?
YES! We love when parents join us for special days. Please coordinate with our camp coordinator to ensure we have you added in our count. Parents are responsible for their own transportation to and from the field trip location as well as the cost of the field trip, should their be one.

We have a membership to _______ (Holiday World, River Run, etc). Can my child use that and reduce the weekly camp fee?
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate those requests because it will impact our group rate and is simply too difficult to manage with such a large group of children.

Do I owe any money when I register?
We do not have a registration fee associated with our summer camp program.
